I have to say Bi Ming was such a lag fest for some people where as other much larger maps like fools road run perfectly. Hopefully the change to day will make the map played more often.

Sad to have morning finally catch up with this map but good to see all the work put into it better

...

Crosses fingers for a map pack with more night versions (at least dusk ones)
Because come on this is "Project Reality" but every army is scared of the dark ?

The only acceptable 'Lone Wolf' you'll be allowed to play :

Didn't they have a night map glitch with FBs and the glare always gets me when I play night maps.

The nightshaders/filters took a massive toll on performance so it should run much better now too

Because trying to get the bf2 engine to do realistic, unhackable night maps is like trying to teach an elephant to make daisy chains.

but the map looks nice.
Pitch black maps where every soldier has nightvision goggles is just bullshit. I would love to see realistic night maps where most of the regular infantry would have only torches and flares, Squad leaders, spec ops and the snipers could have the NVG.

I think it is possible to do that with the editor and a good idea.
However, it would require a less dark night setting and more light-objects..

Back on the topic :

I liked it first, but hey, YAY we can see now!!!
My eyes hurt from the darkness..
