How to enter the Command screen ??

I just startet playing PRSP 0.85

I want to play as commander just to learn about it.

So my question is:

As the commander, whenever i press the tab key on my keyboard it says
"You can only acces the command screen in the command post"
before i can begin to give orders.

WHERE IS THE COMMAND POST IN THE MAPS ?? I CANT FIND IT, WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE.
WHERE SHOULD I BE PLACED TO BE ABLE TO COMMAND ??

this is the command post, PR currently uses the vBF2 UAV trailer as command post

sry, i couldnt find a better pic amo.

usually it is located in the main base and should also be visible on the minimap.

If you are 150% that there's no command post on a map, please post it here, it may happen that we dont include a command post on a map..

Ok, thats what i thaught.
I found the command post, but i didnt jump up the stairs to it, so it was not working.
