What follows in this thread must be kept private to yourselves, so do not disclose the information to anyone, and do not discuss this topic elsewhere apart from this thread.

As many of you may know, recently there have been spates of attacks regarding people CTD'ing the servers. This has become very much increasing in activity during the past week.

My main fear, and im sure you will all be thinking along the same lines as me, is that a CTD hacker wouldn't really be too helpful if we are trying to run an organised gaming night.

We have a list of details of whom we think are possible hackers, however we are simply watching them to get more info on them, and hope it leads us to a cd-key, meaning a global pr ban not only on their IP, but their CD key as well.

there are about 2 confirmed CTD hackers who have signed up onto the sign-in threads, indicating that there is defiantly some intent there to ruin the night for us. There are also quite a few people whom im suspicious of, especially people who simply sign up just to join into the round. Compared to the number of long term players there are a lot of "brand new" players, and its raising my suspicions.

i'm just posting this thread so:
A) You guys know whats going on
B) To ask you to be vigilant, and report anything you think is suspicious or strange at all in this thread.
C) not to close the threads after 64 people join. I think 30% of those names may be removed.

I'm going to try and help twisted Helix in doing the right checks on them, and hope to get rid of all the arseholes.
