The server has seen 308 players, averaging around 2 hours each ..... not that bad really ?

I understand that it's not quite that easy - I was exaggerating - but I still don't see how it would be so difficult to make this map suitable as a new version of Kashan by playing with the assets - fairly easy - and changing the map overlay.

It is easy enough when you look at it like that, but then bring in, current maps, different layers required, balance etc, etc .... there is a bit to it.


We are however looking at creating a community map pack once we have 6 or so maps audited, again they will be tweaked for Public Play, once the Matches are finished.

My bad, I skimmed over the post quickly .


Like UKF said, new layers would have to be added, new map overlays then have to be done and the statics would have to be tweaked, it would look very odd having all of the tank net thingies (sorry for the lack of terminology) empty.

Is there a remote chance that it will be done for 0.85, depending on when that patch is released, or is the target date for the map pack 0.9 or later?
