[TRAINING] Infantry Course

Requirements:

-Basic knowledge of Project Reality (played a few games)
-Ability to listen
-Want to learn new somewhat advanced manoevres
-Microphone not required but bonus if you have one

Course Duration
Aproximatly: 60 to 90 minutes (depends on the students, how fast everyone picks up and if we have fun or not

)

Course Details
This course will teach the students the more advanced techniques of Infantry Combat. This course takes place in Kashan Dessert: North Village and the Bunker complex. The course will consist of two squads lead by an instructor. Students will be tought how to play with kits, squad situational awareness, moving as a squad and attacking objectives.
If you know how to play Project Reality, but want to learn skills like: Leap-Frogging and Fire-Teams, or just want to know how to perform as a LAT gunner this class is for you. At the end we will either do a short scrim between the two squads, or find a nice server to show what we just learned.

Squad Situational Awareness
Squad movement
Squad communications
Attacking as a squad
Scrim

Number of students
For this first Infantry Course we would like to have 2 squads. So that will be about 10 students devided over 2 instructors. If this turns out to be a popular course we will hold it a few times more to meet the demand.

Milan, this will be excellent for you! Glad you found this topic. And Coleslaw, yea, thats why we are trying to set up a whole training program. To get some additional training besides the: get in a chopper and mess around :P

I'm bazza_1964, and I've been playing PR pretty steady for a year, but this kind of thing always appeals to me! I'm avail. most nights(I'm in the EST zone), completely off all day Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays....count me in!

I wouldn't mind to do this, Ive played PR for off and on for A Very long time and just now got back into it about two weeks ago, i can do it whenever.

Nice! I say we have enough people for a class! I hope you can fix your lag problems dude! And I'll try to get Sadist_Cain on as a fellow instructor. He has a way with infantry tactics.
