Dunno why this happened. Was playing for a bit on tcombat, disconnected for a bit, came back and started getting this error. I ran pbsvc and pbsetup to no avail. The box in BF2 is checked off as well. Any help is appreciated.

check if your PnkBstrA.exe is running (use taskmanager)
if not go to "Run..." (WinKey+R) and type msconfig, activate system start tab and see if the checkbox infront of the pb entry is checked - make sure its checked, after a reboot it should work

pnkbstrA is running and in taskmanager, however pnkbstrB is not, even though both of them are checked in msconfig. It says that pnkbstrA is "running" while pnkbstrB is "stopped" im not sure if thats normal while BF2 is not active.

For some reason, everytime i run pbsetup, it tells me that everything was installed successfully, but then when i run it again and add BF2 to the list, it says it is not installed.
