Wrong version?

I just build my new system from scratch, re-installed BF2 and applied patches in the proper order and then installed the newest PRv0.809 but when I attempt to join a game it says I have an older version of the game. Anyone else having this problem?

make sure you installed patch 1.41 and not 1.40

check "Same Version Only" to filter out old servers

also check ur server filters , the underneath the server list , just put a cross on the same version and apply
