Can't Play PR Cause of Internet :(

I just got a new internet thing cause I moved to a different area. It's running normal, 54mbps and the connection says exellent. I can also stream videos and download stuff at a fast rate. But whenever I run an online game, the ping says 700-1000 which is insane. I checked and disabled any backup programs, put down the firewall, and everything else it tells me to do. Pleaaasee help, I'm dying to play 0.8

Yea I'm having connection problems too and no idea what the problem is.

SpeedTest shows about 1000 kbps Up and 1000 kbps down yet I get quit a bit of rubber banding in PR with pings <100 while Armed Assault run smooth as silk.

This all started for me at Ver .7

Kinda looks like Armed Assault is where I'm at.

You're not on satellite are you?
Those pings kinda look like you are.
And you're positive there's no spybots running in the background eh.
If not satellite then I'd have to say it's either an ISP problem or someone is stealing your bandwidth somehow...but then I'm not really a techi when it comes to this.
