in game VOIP problem

Any one seen this problem before? My mic seems to stop working after a random time playing PR. Doesn’t happen in vanilla and I can still use TS but when I push the button to talk using the in game VOIP the green icon doesn’t come up and no one can hear me talk.
Anyone offer any advice how to fix this?

restart pr

happens sometimes when you press the voice button when the round ends
there are quite a few threads about it already, from way back "then"
