Saitek X52 BF2 Profile
Hey all,
I just updated my X52 profile with some new functions and thought I would share it with you all here. This profile uses all default BF2 button configs. It has a few advanced commands to say different things depending on the mode you are in: Mode 1: Attack Chopper Mode 2: Transport Chopper Mode 3: Plane It also has a "spotted" command, but that most likely won't work in PR due to the changes they made to the game. Feel free to move around buttons in the profiler. It should be easy as every command is labeled as to what it does, and all you have to do is choose the command. |

Re: Saitek X52 BF2 Profile
hey, thanks for that, also, i think that the rudder pedals WILL work, theres just a rudder lock feature that you have to pull so that the stick can't twist, very cool if you're planning to get the pedals. Thanks for the Profile! Cuz i also own an X52, and had to remap all the buttons, but question, should i keep my change seats to the T1-6 buttons? i find it VERY helpful and just use #8-9 seats, on keyboard, but what do you X52 owners use the T- buttons for?

Re: Saitek X52 BF2 Profile
Yes it is compatible with the X52. I do own the rudder pedals and only use them in PR, not other mods. As for the Toggle switches, I don't use them for much b/c they are too far away to take my hands off in mid battle. In other games I use them for things like landing gear and toggling way points. I suppose you could map additional text to them like I did with the "transport chopper on the way". But, yeah....

Re: Saitek X52 BF2 Profile
In order to use my profile you have to have the latest drivers and software. Saitek Home Page will have them for you.
As for, "Affirmative, a vehicle is on the way", there is an advanced command already created for something similar. Once you get the latest drivers and SST software, you will be able to look at my profile and see. |
