Pr.exe text file missing

Hey i run vista and was looking through the vista help cause im getting the error when i load that i need to run through pr.exe and not bf2 so i go into my pr folder under bf2/mods/pr and run the pr.exe application and it states bf2.exe doesn't exist. so when in the vista help post it said i need a pr.exe text file in my bf2 main and that i need to search and find it on my comp well i did and the file doesnt exist so is there any possible solution to this or must i do a full reinstall or somethin.

Hey yeah i tried that page mate and it didnt have any solutions to my specific problem and as for my specs they are:

I think he's saying to put the specs in your public profile.

Copy and paste the pr.exe file into the main directory (where bf2.exe is)
