Help trouble whit install!

Hello

I installed Pr mini mod (prmm_0254_setup)
Then the (pr_0756_levels_setup)
Then the patch (pr_0756_patch)

Full install all

Then i get 2 paths Project Reality Minimod
When i run this it's says Warning uppdate shortcuts and run Pr.ex

And Project Reality after the patch install
When i run this it'sshortcut function but crash when starting a map

Now what shall i do?
It's Probably explained some where 100times
but am a noob and dont want to look 1 hour more.
How should the shortcuts look like?

Uninstall the Pr mini mod (prmm_0254_setup)
The latest Project Reality 0.756 build is two parts "core" and "levels"
Please review this very helpful guide
It will get you up and running in no time flat.
