Bf2 does not exist text file problem

So i was wondering ive done everything but still: does not exist.
Comes up so i was wondering does it have to do anything with the pr.exe(text file) Being Empty? because ive tryed everything posted in the forums and still doesnt work. And if it is Can someone Like upload it somewhere so i can download.

And yes ive tryed to reinstall with no succes.

Copy the pr.exe from mods/pr to the Battefield 2 folder.

Don't mess with the pr.exe (the text file) in the main bf2 folder. You will get kicked without it.
Reinstall "core" if you deleted it

Basically it tells the bf2 engine to use custom shaders
we see as the suppression effect.
