Fuzz- I don't have that pnkbstrb.exe in my PB folder. I have reinstalled PB twice and still don't have this file. I know I had it before, but its gone and now I have all these problems. any idea why?

PunkBuster handshake failure,

If unable to join a certain server, click on any other server and start to load up, cancel the load and retry original server

has worked for me everytime, and the people ive told via ts and stuff seem to agree that it works

I haven't had any issues with PB, except the kicks for the "disallowed program/drive" (I have had instances where my PC closes to the desktop, but I don't think that is related to this topic, and only happens on VERY high ping foreign servers). Also, I want to mention that some sort of error code (119502) after my "dissalowed etc..etc" message. Maybe this will help with PR guys figure out the problem.

Also, this doesn't happen every time. Some training servers it does, some it doesn't, and the same goes for regular "deployment" servers. I've been kicked for the above reason on some, and not at all on the others.

I also had that problem, but found the solution. You probably have a Logitech G11 or a G15 keybord? I searched the mighty internet and found that you have to turn off the macro program of the keybord. punkbuster is registering that as cheating on some servers.

Hey guys,
I had the handshake problem, but it got fixed by me running
pnkbstrb.exe everytime before I started bf2. Today I go on my computer after school, and I played yesterday fine. By accident I went to task manager and stopped pnkbstrA.exe and loaded pnkstrb but it would not show up in task manager. Then I went into PR, and whenever I click any server I get the, this server requires PB to play or something.

I have PB running so i don't know. I tested it twice, restarted my comp once, and I had PnkbstrA running after every test. Now PnkbstrB and A are running fine together but still same problem. I don't know what to do now guys, please help me. I really want to continue flying helicopters
