PB Error Message: "Unknown Windows API function"

Hi. I installed PR and was playing a bit ago. I've been going to different servers, but each server I went to I was kicked by PB for the same reason:

I have Windows Vista 32-bit. I'm wondering if there is there a way to fix it. Please let me know if anyone else has encountered this problem. Thanks.

Edit:

I've been looking around, and some people say that WindowsBlinds may be part of the problem. I have it turned off everytime I play it, but the problem still remains.
