map joining problem

every time i try to join a map it lets me get into the loading screen loads to 14% and then just closes the whole thing down how do i fix it?

Is this isolated to one map or all of them? 14% is when the objects are loading so it could be a corrupt file.

Is this a recent problem or have you never been able to load any map?

I recently downloaded the game as well (0.75) and every time I try to load a map it crashes at around 14%. This happens with every map. A solution would be great.

UPDATE
I reinstalled the game and this time I didn't get any maps. Another problem that occurred was that I was unable to see most of the servers in my server list.

ya im getting that to im reinstalling the game right now, and im going to redownload the maps pack too. Hopefully it will work.....

3 of you with the same problems, after fresh download and install, means that it could be your download source have corrupted file.

Can you please post your download link or source?
Was it a torrent download?

If you are downloading it again, try to use another source.

Hi, I also recently dl'd the game, and i have encountered the same problems on vista. I have tried this (listed below) fix with no luck, google searched up some other forums saying "set core affinity" but still no luck, any other advice or fix would be much appreciated, I really want to play this game!
