Need Help! PR load-up issue!

Everytime I load up PR the screen goes black for awhile and after about 30 seconds I get a screen saying something about my PR shortcuts and shader issues, and stuff like that. I tried to get a screenshot of the screen (via: Hypercam) but it wasn't working. So does anybody know what I'm talking about?

You just need to fix your shortcut.
