PR.exe Problems

Well this is wats going on never happened before but I wanted to play some PR and I havent been on in a good month or so,so I click on a server and its starts loading and when its finished right before the join button comes up it crashes to my desktop and I tried reinstalling it and everything also it says if you are having problems run PR as PR.EXE wat does that mean?

If you look in your BF2/mods/pr folder, there is an exe there called PR.exe, run that instead of opening the mod inside BF.

If you're using the link placed on your desktop when you installed, you should be fine.

I looked in MY mod folder and all there is is PR core setup, and PR level setup, no pr.exe, is there a second place it can be setup, or under a different name, Becuase i did a serach fro PR.EXE and couldnt find it, and tried run pr.exe, and nothing???? ANY IDEAS???

dude, those files are installers which need to be executed so they install
they will create new files, also the pr.exe

they have already been executed, thus y i am playing PR, and i didnt steal this thread (till now) because someone was talking about pr.exe, and mine couldnt be found, thus y i posted that. Sometimes i have the same problem as HBS , and i wanted to see if that would help me/him. Anymore ideas?

okay ive found my pr.exe , and the pr icon. its in a different folder than that of the pr setups. The pr.exe is just a notepad document that is blank, and when i go to start pr with the icon it says BF2.exe doesnt exsist, Hope this clarifys my problems and might help jenkins if anyone has any ideas

I have been having the same problem too. And I don't know what to do. I have also tried reinstalling as well and the same thing happened.
