Hardware 3D Device fail after playing PR.

Ok so i finally get PR running. But everytime i quit PR and try to play a different game (CoD4 or Project Torque) it wont start up at all sometimes untill i restart or it gives me a Hardware 3D Device Fail error message. It only does it after i exit out PR. Also, PunkbusterB doesnt start up on its own, i have to manually run a pbsvc and start punkbusterb before i load PR everytime. And even after its running i randomly get kicked from servers or lag out hardcore with a PunkbusterB.exe failure.

any ideas?

What graphics card and driver do you use?

I have a VisionTek Radeon HD 2600 Pro 512MB, and i downloaded drivers for it off of VisionTeks site. It's version 6.14.0010.6783. Main driver is ati2dvag.dll
