Low ping high lag

I have the problem of having a very low ping on servers 47-69 but getting terrible lag (even with xfire and anything else turned off) I am using a wifi connection and Vista 32bit. I've tried most things like the Vista game patches compatibilty and that doesn't seem to work. Sometimes the game will stop for a few minutes then start again or ill get the connection problem thing.
And also it takes like 5mins for me to load a map while it take others 30s any idea why.

Actually X-fire can monitor FPS now, just tack it onto the game and it will monitor fps.

Yea I have played with him before...or rather I have played while he takes 30 minutes to load the map just to get kicked for some reason.

how much ram do you have?

I too have vista 32, and it takes me forever to load a map only to be kicked 3 min into the game by pb, and in that time i get the choppyst game time ever.. i just ordered 2 gigs to try to straighten this out.

Also, what are you system specs?

Good ping isn't everything, certain things may lag you PC(lots of trees for example).
I have Vista 32bit plus 3 gigs of RAM and it runs real smoothly.

Post your specs please.

Put textures on medium and lower AA a bit. Also, this lag. Does it happen every 60 seconds for example?
