I have getting very bad stuttering in 0.7, not so bad as in other versions of pr. I have settings already at low. I got 1800 mhz Sempron, Ati 9600 256mb(yeah theyre old ), x-fi xtreme gamer as soundcard and 1 gb ram (2x512mb)
So i just want to know IF i buy 1 more gig ram, should my pr run at least smooth? Dont say buy new computer, im just a poor student lol.
I now just mostly get angry when i play pr, because that damn stuttering.

And sorry about my crappy english, i hope u get the point in my confusing message.

2gigs of DDR ram running dual speed will be the best you can manage with that system. Whether you will bottleneck with the CPU and GPU is unknown at the moment. The difference might not be too great considering the game came out when gear was available of a far higher level than you've got. DDR1 ram is quite expensive mind.
