Ready boost memory help?

Just wondering if anyone has played with the Readyboost memory feature of Vista (use a flash drive or SD card to increase RAM) to see if its made any difference in frame rates while playing?

I kid in the TG forums was having really low FPS cause he only had 1 gig, and a weak CPU, and I suggested readyboost. He said it did help some, and even though he went up to 2 gigs ( all his MB will support) he still uses it.
Besides, you can get a 2 gig thumbdrive for $15.
Just make sure you read all you can about which one you plan to buy, since a lot arn't rated for Readyboost Vista.
