VoIP causes disconnects

Hey,

I can´t use VoIP while playing PR, because I immediatly disconnect from servers when it´s turned on.

And recently, when I want to open the Soundoptions the game crashes and I can´t start up the VoiceServer.exe in the BF2 directory.
A window pops up saying it has to be terminated due to buffer overrun.

Please help me.

may be your router is blocking the traffic:

also you i suggest scanning your pc for viruses

That could have been the explanation, but it isnt for my current problem, I cant even access the soundsettings or the voipsetup.

k, try to reset to defaults or create a new account - to make sure the bf2 account files aren't screwed

also: has it even worked before?
maybe your sound drivers aren't up to date

if all fails i suggest reinstalling bf2

I already reinstalled, didn´t help at all.
It worked with the same sounddrivers I use right now.
I think the main problem is, that I can´t open the Soundoptions and i guess thats because voipsetup isn´t working, I will post a screenshot of what happens when I try to run it:
