Just wondering...

Hi, i know this could be a very silly question... but i will be buying a macbook in the near future, i know its a silly move if i want to play games, but i have this machine for that. But i was wondering will it play PR? it will have 2.2 ghz dual processor, with 4 gb ram with the X3100 integrated graphics. I have heard it plays Vbf2... Does anyone have experience on one with PR?

proceswsor and ram seems fine, not sure about those integrated graphics chips though :S. im sure you be able to play on low/med settings on the smaller maps, not sure about the bigger maps...

It's best you have an actual card in yuor machine..not integrated graphics

I had integrated nvidia nforce403 or something , tried to run bf2. FAIL.

Thanks for the reply, i know that Bf2 and PR are reliant on Ram so i was thinking if the Ram and processor was up to it then hopefully the graphics would be ok, im not expecting to run it med/high settings, just wondering if it would be playable overall. Does anyone have experience playing on a Mac or any kind of laptop?

wait wait wait
I'm sure it won't work at all if you have a Macintosh.. as it only supports Windows, I could be wrong.

u might wanna consider making it a dual-boot system, running games from a vm (even though mac states differently) might bring performance loss
