Highest setting a NVidia 7600gt
Yeah does anybody know how high I can set my graphics setting to. I tried it on the highest setting but for some reason the spawn menu would take extremely long to appear. I'm using a core 2 duo so I'm not sure if it's a core conflict like the wiki says but the spawn menu only to long to appear when I put it on the high gfx setting.

What do you mean ? That it takes long to load a map ? |

When I just join a server and I die and the class and spawn point menus take really long to pop-up.

Did you tried messing around with the settings to see what is responsible for it ? |

I just turned the setting down to medium and it fixed it. I don't know how that would fix it since I don't think it would be a graphics card problem. I have up to date graphics card drivers...I think, I just updated them like last weekend.

I have two 7600GTOC in SLI and a core 2 E6600, and I still have issues with the high settings, especially around graphic intensive effects (ie, smoke). Stick with medium.

odd, I have one 7600GT and I'm running everything on High, res is at 1920x1200. I only have a Pentium D 3.0ghz as my processor. Rarely ever glitchy, I get good fps. Runs smoothly.

I have the bfg 7600 gtoc, could it also be my 1440x900 monitor? (I think its 1440x900)

Shit Patriot I have exactly what you have with 2Gb RAM and I have to run everything on the lowest settings possible.

I guess what people are failing to mention is their resolution, I run at 1680x1050.
