Logitech Mice and UberOptions Video by Drayu
Hey all,
A while ago there was a thread on this topic, but I have not been able to find it so I created a new one. This is about using UberOptions with your Logitech mouse. If you use a Logitech mouse, then you should think about using UberOptions. It allows you to fully customize your mouse. I took the time to make a video explaining how to set it up. Video: http://www.drayu.com/uberoptions%20video.wmv UberOptions Website: uberOptions Wiki | Main / uberOptions |

I have been using this on my old MX700 and more recently my MX Revolutions for quite a while. Like the fact that it will allow me to bind the secondary scroll wheel on my MX Revolutions to keyboard keys unlike the stock Logitech Setpoint software.
Also Mirrors for the latest version: Mirror 1 (May hit it's bandwidth limit quite often) Mirror 2 Torrent (Haven't checked to see if there are any seeds on the torrent, if not and the other links are down just reply here about it and I'll start up my torrent client) |

Gonna check this out when I return home, could use some more mouse customization. Setpoint sucks, just found that out today.

I've been using it for around a year now, and all I can say is that it is one of the best pieces of software ever created
I also use a mx revolution and with this software it is the best battlefield mouse bar none. I have my thumb wheel to straffe left, right and back. Raise sights with thumb button etc etc. If you are in the market for a new mouse and play pr a lot, forget what all others say on this forum, this is the best for this game. A lot of guys are convinced that corded gaming mice are better, but I have had them and, okay there is a slight few miliseconds response time extra with cordless, but not enough to make any difference whatsoever. Mx revolution + uberoptions = The ultimate for pr and pretty much any fps. Great video by the way drayu |

Thanks, this program is awesome !
The default SetPoint is crap, gives no options at all. Altough I have 7 buttons on my mouse I couldn't use them properly - if I wished to use them in game, I had to turn the game detection on, but then Teamspeak's push-to-talk wouldn't work. This application specific setting is exactly what I needed. |

setpoint 4.44 was just released, I would currently stay away from it.

bump, works with latest version of SetPoint. Vista64 works fine too (just may have to allow it or turn off UAC)!
