Computer fps really low

Ok Well around 4 or 5 months ago my computer seemed fine and could run games wow, css, diablo, wolfenstein etc. Well like a month or 2 ago I tried to play games but my fps was always 10-20 and I lag extremelly bad even If I go to my nvidia setting put all on performence and go to ingame graphics and put it all on low the game still sits at 20 fps max with lag in World of warcraft! My specs right now:

1gig
pentium 4 2.4ghz
nvidia gforce BFG 6200

My video card fan is broken and the temperature is 5o c.

I thought you said you were getting a new computer? One that was top of the line...

Anyways, your parts are old, and you shouldnt really do much with a video card that has a broken fan because it can severly damage itself or other components. Get a new video card.

highly doubt with a busted fan its still that low in 3d games. Anyhow dosn't yourself saying "my video card fan is broken" suggest something?

Yes it does but it's been broken for like a year. Also yes I'm getting a computer. My dad had ordered it last week but dell being stupid didn't ge the order. So we got another 100$ off the computer and he ordered it again. Also I got a wow subscription on the 4th and it's going to waste because this comp can't run it ! Darn!
