right ive been looking on a fix for this problem for 2 days now. the problem is when i go to deploy on any of the multiplayer option's it kicks me of to my desktop with no warning or reason why. ive tryed in windowed option to see if it give's me any explanation but nothing. Has anyone got a fix for this

It could be many problems.
Try posting some more info about your specs and your current pr settings. Try turning your anti-aliasing off and try lowering your textures starting at low and getting higher until you know what texture setting it crashes on. Ashton |

specs
quad core 2.5 4mb cache gpu 5770 3 gb ddr2 ram. Vsettings = multiplied tried, not related. PRsettings = fullscreen, minimized, both forced and in game, not related. I CAN host games, where i have other people in LAN partys, we play for hours in full graphics no issues. I CANT join any match, coop or normal, online or lan, IP or server list. As soon as i hit deploy game is gone. The mission DOES NOT start to load. there is NO error message. any mroe info needed? thanks for the help mate! |

oh.. and i have win7 64. just realised this was a for a 64 vista. still problem is exactly the same.

my specs are
vista 64 service pack 2 directx 11 amd phenom x4 3.00ghz 4 gb ram 2x nvidia gts 250 creative xfi elite pro sound card. many thanks for the replys. hope this helps. |

Both of you can easily hold project reality on max settings. Try running them either as admin or in compatibility mode with windows xp. First step try and turn of anti aliasing that causes many problems within pr and bf2 on vista and windows 7.

I know this is not very neat but:
Please set your ingame video AND audio options to lowest or disabled. If this stopped the crashing we know that its one of the settings causing it. You can find out which one by testing and resetting one setting to highest one at a time, each test, untill you find the setting that crashes your game. |
