Win 7 Some maps CTD after loading

I just built a new rig, and upgraded from Xp to Win7 and now some {most maps} will CTD after they load to 100 percent. This is my rig info if it helps

Intel Core i5 760
4 gigs ram
Nvidia GTX 460 1 gig
Gigabyte P55 motherboard
Win7 Home premium 32 bit

Maps like Fallujah, Silent Eagle, Lashkar valley will load to 100 percent, then immediately crash to desktop. The join button wont even appear. No error message or anything. Some maps like Muttrah will work just fine.

So far Ive tried deleting my cache folder, running as administrator and in XP service pack 2 and 3 compatibility modes, and running BF2 Cleaner but nothing seems to work.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
