Hi!
Not sure If I am right to post here but seemed good enough for me... Now there seems to be something off with using the new SAWP KIT function. ( well maybe something is off with me but that remains to be shown ) Well let me just quickly run through the procedure and you tell me where I went wrong. So I spawned and holding my weapon thus my whole kit. Now I press the request kit button and the GUI opens where I may choose to either click left to actually request a kit or click right which essentially should spawn the unarmed kit beneath me. So I right-click and then press the SWAP KIT key (which basically is the old pick-up kit button, ay ?) If everything goes according to plan at this time I should be holding my unarmed kit. But as often not to say almost all the time life has other things for you in store and hence no unarmed kit for me. So tell me whats wrong? Are there any limitations to that unarmed kit? Looking forward to your replies. |

you have to pick up the kit with G, it doesnt actually drop your kit, it spawns a unarmed kit beneath your feet

That I have already figured out but its just not picking up the kit that is supposed to have spawned after right-clicking. | |

Like I said, you might need to be within actual kit request range of a crate... Im not sure about that though...

I do not know what your problem is, but I am certain you don't need to be near a crate to pick up an unarmed kit.

After you right click on 'request kit' you hit ( g) SWAP KIT key (which basically is the old pick-up kit button.) This drops your kit at your feet so you don't have a kit. Make a squad if your not in one for it to work.
