Vista Cbt error, rend dx9?

Ok here we go again, trying with a new thread..

videcard geforce 8300 gs (not new or anything)
plenty of disk space
AMD Athlon 64 x2 dual core 5600+ processor

bf2 and other programs runs fine

i've tried many stuff but i can't remember them all, and those i've just tried for similar error, not exactly mine

reinstall
cleaner programs
setting antialiasing to 8
same happends if i start from pr.exe
shutting down anti-virus
lower graphic settings

that's all i can come up with now

please help?

try updating your gfx drivers (like this guy: BFPirates :: View topic - CTD problem after Log in)

also try disabling AA ingame and in nvidia ctrl

when does the error occur? (map load, after login, startup, during game)
does it happen all the time or is it seemingly random?
