XP GODAWFUL LAG!!!!

Terrible lag, fine on servers I create, so it seems to be a net connection thing, my fps is good i guess, always around 68, and this problem has only been with .9.

I can barely walk around, its so damn jumpy, definately not my system.

Intel dual core
gaming motherboard
GeForce 9800
Soundblaster X-Fi
500 GB hardrive
3 gb RAM
Micro XP

setting your lighting gfx setting form high to medium could help, give it a shot

also check your AA setting ingame and in your videocard drivers, AA can kill your performance on some maps
