i never applied that patch since i didnt have the problem. but the issue is fixied now

I discovered a solution. The renddx9_r.dll is the backup of one of the other renddx9.dll's whicht was created with the 0.9 installation.
You only have to rename the file to (e.g.) renddx9_r.dll.2 I was just playing a few hours and did not get kicked. Try it
