Help me

I've been getting this (angry words here) error since I last formatted, I've tried everything, Turning off my firewall, Reinstalling PB, Updating PB (pbsetup and manual), going into my services and setting it to restart when it stops (Always over rides back to default) but nothing works. Any ideas.

ps: If all you have is "reinstall bf2/pr and if that doesnt work reformat" then dont bother posting cause that's not gonna happen.

Install PunkBuster as a system service. If it's already installed, then run the diagnostics from the installer.

Have you tried to run services test from pbsvc.exe?

I had the same problem when I first got Win 7 from an XP format but I just went through these steps.... PunkBuster Online Countermeasures
Where it says click here click there then install etc...

Hell, that PBSVC is 100kb larger than the one I had, Guess I'll reinstall bf2 again tomorrow and try it, if it doesnt work well I guess I'll be reinstalling windows.
