Problems installing Operation Snow Storm
After downloading Operation Snow Storm, the file is a .RAR and I have no idea what I need to do with it. Can anyone help me please?

Download WinRAR and install. It is free
Use WinRAR to open the .rar file then click on the setup.exe |
