Free up space by deleting BF2 levels?
I have re-installed BF2 just to play PR on my new system. I'm using an 80gb intel SSD drive for the OS and programs. 80gb is not a lot, so I figured I could delete the original BF2 movie files, and maybe the level files. However, now I get a message like "the server has denied connection" when I try to log in. I'm assuming PR doesn't really need "Wake island 2008" vBF level file(or any others), so is there a way to play PR without the large 1.5 gigs of vanilla maps?
Maybe this is a cheating screen - making sure the program files aren't modified? If so, could files not used in PR be excluded from the scan? Or are the original map files actually used? |

orginal files need to be there period! removing them will cause the game not correctly working!
