after reinstalling Win7 RC1 beta because of upgrading to a core2Quad teh problem is gone !
i have no clue if my old core2duo was to weak but i dont think so !! |

Given all you've done so far, consider checking your MoBo's BIOS revision. Based on my experience (after a RAM upgrade that the MoBo didnt really like) even if the release notes don't talk about what you think the problem may be it can end up fixing it.
The problem I had some months ago was I updated RAM from 2GB to 4GB. Performance went down to almost frozen. It ended up being a BIOS revision update. Good luck. ~xghost(); |

right click your PR shortcut and click properties
then the compatibility tab check "Disable Visual Themes" & also "Disable Desktop Composition" "Run this program as an adminitrator" make sure it's not running in compatibilty mode either. |
