Default What is your ideal setting?

I keep getting comp errors and lag out problems in large maps.
Does this happen to anyone else? (see pic)

My comp runs vanilla in HIGH everything but PR acts up. I want to know what settings I can keep high and what settings need to go MED or LOW. I still want PR to look as good as possible.

Specs: (I know.. it was top of the line in 06 but not anymore)
2GB RAM
7800 GT Card
DUAL CORE 4200+ AMD Processor 2.21 GHz
