Vista CTD after joining multiplayer

When I try to join vbf2 or regular Project Reality servers, I get a CTD without a warning message or sound. My res is @1680x1050. I run all high with textures and lighting on medium with AA x2.

i sometimes get this problem aswell, i dunno how to fix it tho...

driver, do you have the memory fixed bf2.exe? http://realitymodfiles.com/ancient/BF2MemoryPatch.zip
