Vista More than 2go RAM

hey, i heard something about the .exe tthat can't use more than 2go with vista, and there's another one that can.. what is this thing ? clearly :S because i do have more than 2 go and i want to use the whole of them.

Well for me the fix works and I have 8 GB.
