I reinstalled punkbuster but it didn't help.

E: Solved. I reinstalled BF and PR.

Having the issue also. Tried reinstalling BF2 and PR, and updating Punkbuster. I'm still getting kick out of about every server.

I found the solution, guys it's all caused by the alt-tab bug from the 1.5 patch update. Just install the 1.5 alt-tab hotfix and you wont get any more problems.

Never had this problem until I installed 0.95. I supposedly get kicked for an "MD5toolmismatch: rendDX9.dll"

Ok ..since last update iv'e gotten "MD5Tool Mismatch: RendDX9x2.dll (len=2048 )" on every server.

I have reinstalled the game in following order: BF2 -> Update1.4 -> Update1.5 -> PR0.957 -> Punkbuster.
Still the MD5Tool error keeps kicking me after a few minutes of playing ...

Is this a server side problem ? Is there any thing else I can do about it ?

Update PB by downloading the PB Setup PunkBuster Online Countermeasures

Then reinstall DirectX 9

Played a few matches now and no MD5Tool Mismatch so far.
Had a few connection problems and one ctd, but everyone seems to have those. But so far it seems to work with PB !

Where and how can I download this direct 9?

So I installed direct x to my desktop and redistrubted them to my c drive... Is that correct? ? ? Will that work?

Ok scratch that...
..still having the "MD5Tool Mismatch: RendDX9x2.dll (len=2048 )" problem.
Have had the game run without any kicks for about 10 games now, but just a minute ago i got the error again.
