Do the following twice, once for PRBF2.exe and PRLauncher.exe

To exclude a file or folder from the Resident Shield detection:
  1. Open your AVG program.
  2. From the Options menu, select Advanced settings.
  3. In the left pane, select Exceptions.
  4. In the right pane, click Add exception.
  5. In the drop-down menu, select exception type - File
  6. Browse to the file or folder that you want to exclude. PRBF2.exe then PRLauncher.exe
  7. Select whether you want to apply the exception also for other AVG components.
  8. Click OK to save details of the exception.
  9. Click OK again to save the settings.

Bitdefender is now giving a false positive on one of our most important files:

I only have five days left for my BitDefender license. Time for a different AV program!
It is unacceptable to have to kill the AV program to run a game.

THE FIX:

This workaround is based on what the devs have posted and what others have posted so far.

BitDefender Workaround for CoreDLL.dll

Step 1: Download the .iso file using a torrent (With BD on or off; I'm using it on because the problem occurs at installation)
Step 2: Turn off BitDefender's On-Access Scanning(O-AS) and Active Virus Control(AVC) for X minutes(However much time it will take to install)
Step 3: Mount .iso and install PR v1.3
Step 4: Go back to Anti Virus and make sure O-AS and AVC are still off. Afterwards, click on the Exclusions tab.
Step 5: Turn on Exclusions for Files (If it isn't on already) and click on Excluded Files and Folders
Step 6: Click Add, then Browse and look for where you installed PR v1.3. Once found the entire folder to excluded.
Step 7: Once the folder is excluded, you may turn O-AS and AVC back on when you want to and you should be able to run PR v1.3 without any problems.

OUTCOME: (SUCCESS|TRY AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION)

I will come back to edit this post to update the outcome. Thank you and have a good one.

UPDATE 1: Code 5 occurred following method I presented above (Torrent possible clash perhaps; very unlikely) however works again after a second try. Currently installing.
UPDATE 2: I successfully installed and launched PR v1.3. I will now attempt steps 5-7 to see if these steps will work.
UPDATE 3: I have tested each step and each one works. If you follow this method to the letter, you should be able to keep your AV on after installation and still play PR v1.3. Thanks Devs for the help and advice. Have a good one everybody.

PRLaucher.exe blocked by G Data Total Protection

Fix:
1. Open G DATA TOTAL PROTECTION
2. Go to the "Firewall" tab
3. Click on "application radar"
4. Allow "PRLauncher.exe"

G DATA didn't allow online account creation for me because of the blockage.

Probably been said but I believe that McAfee's Rea-time scanning is the main culprit of Error:1322 to overcome it simply disabling that feature of McAfee has solved the issue for me!

Avast, PR is listed in application rules to be open but I still need to turn off my firewall.
