Win 7 Mumble randomly losing shortcuts

This has been happening for a while now and it's very bizarre. I notice that sometimes after I start mumble, all of the keyboard shortcuts for push-to-talk are gone (often I only notice after my squad hasn't responded to anything I've said for a while).

Fixing it seems to involve quitting the game and reinstalling Mumble. Has anybody else had this issue?
