Win 7 [Solved] In-game VOIP is acting up

Here's my situation. I start up Mumble first as an admin then PR as an admin. I load into a game and I can hear my fellow squad members just fine for the first few minutes, and then randomly, VOIP goes silent and I can't hear anyone anymore. I can see there name pop up like they're talking but I can't hear them. Just to let you know, I alt tab out fairly regularly during a game to browse the web and I run Teamspeak 3 as well. If you have any idea on how to fix this, please let me know.

Sorry, are we having a cutting out problem with ingame VOIP, or with PRMumble?

Can you post your PC specs, and which OS you are using?

I'm having issues with the in-game VOIP. My specifications are as followed: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 3.0 GB, 8.0 GB DDR3 RAM, Intel Core i7-2600K @ 3.40GHz

I really don't know what to say.

You can try lowering sound quality in audio settings, and test that.

You can try check to see if the BF2 ingame VOIP ports udp tcp are open. standard voip ports 55123 55124 need to be open.

I am not sure what else to say, we'll wait for others to chime in with help.

What headset do you have?

It's not a logitech [G35] by any chance, is it?

Yes, I do have a Logitech G35 headset. Just remembered this, I never had this issue before installing ander's sound mod version 0.5.

Psyrus knows everything.

He is right, to fix this, you have to disable the G35 sound manager (should have an icon in the system tray) BEFORE you start PRmumble and PR.
