Win 7 Connection problems in Project Reality

After installing the soundmod, my connection has gone completely bass ackwards, I can no longer connect to any servers after uninstalling it, and it is interfering with my ability to coordinate trainings for the men in my realism unit. Punkbuster update hasn't worked to fix this problem, any suggestions will be appreciated

Side Note: If I try to connect and fail, I try again and it will allow me to play for maybe 5 minutes at a time, then I lose connection again
