Win 7 BF2:PR Launch very slow and is there any pirate protection in PR ?

Hi, i just download PR and i instaled on my laptop.
it takes few days for download it becouse my p*thetic internet connection
so i just hope at least i can play it offline in my laptop but everytime i want to play it
i need to wait so long until the PR menu screen appear
anyone knows the problem ?

Dell Inspiron N4050
Memory: 4GB
OS: 7 64Bit
Proc: Core i5-2450

I might help you if you tell me what exact problem you have.

Piracy talk is not allowed here, and I will just say that BF2 is handling all protection, not the mods.

Anyone else that reads this do not go into piracy talk or I will lock it in no time.

im sory about that, i've edit that paragraph

about the P*rate stuff...
the problem is when i tried to kill insurgent the bullet seem evade the target like Arma anti p*rate system does
not sure is it the simulation system or anti p*rate system

about the slow launch PR, it maybe takes around 25min for wait until menu screen appear
my friend said it might be solved by SSD but i can't afford it
so did you know other way to makes PR launch faster

Im not sure I understand this part. Neither BF2 and especially PR have nothing alike.

No it should not work like that even on slower PC. Well depends how much slow, but you still havent told me your laptop specs so I cant say.

Things you might do is cleaning up server history or even deleting complete Battlefield 2 folder in My documents. If you do that YOU MUST run BF2 after to create new profile folders again, and retrieve your payer account. After that run PR and it shoulkd be fine. Defragment your hard drive and turn of all background applications.

Your first point about the bullets missing the enemy... that's Project Reality's deviation system. You must stand still for a few seconds before shooting, and don't shoot too fast, and then you'll be able to hit stuff.

Does BF2 take a long time to start up, too?

Might be caused by the amount of servers stored in your "general.con" file.
