Exclamation Mumble refuses to connect [Invalid Username]

I keep trying to play project reality but every time i end up getting kicked for not having mumble. I have downloaded it and installed it but every time it opens it asks for a username which i type in and then it says [Invalid Username]

Is there some website i need to register on for mumble to work??

try a different username.

Also:
Did you in the past register a username in PRMumble?
If so, you might have lost your authentication certificate file, and should send a PM to [R-DEV]BloodyDeed Project Reality Forums - View Profile: [R-DEV]BloodyDeed , he is the man in charge of the PRMumble registered users database.

yeah I'm fairly sure i have used it before with that username but that was a long time ago and Ive reformatted my computer twice since then so i doubt i would have any such file sitting around and i doubt i saved it because i didn't know anything about a file/certificate.

I will try to contact the person.

And i didn't want to try a different username because then its not the same name as my in game name so how would i be identified at part of the squad.

My ingame & mumble names are different and people get by just fine.

If your Ingame is like Viper**Elite*2372, then you can just call your mumble name "Viper" and you'll be fine. People aren't that dumb that they can't make the connection.

brenn4n [My Hero]: I'm not going to fix it for Europeans because you have enough servers and because there's people in Australia and Japan that have always suffered with pings at least 240ms. This is their only opportunity to play PR at a more comfortable latency since nobody has ever thought of having one in LA like we do.
