[0973] Cannot start setup

Sorry if this is the wrong section, but I've downloaded the torrent for all three parts, and when I try to open it nothing happens... Yes I've tried running as admin.. and I'm running Windows Vista service pack 2 if that helps

Last night when I was trying to install it, it didnt work either. But when I shut my computer down it said that "pr setup 1of3" or something was preventing it to shutdown but I hit force-shutdown since it wasn't opening at all..

Lastly, my downloads stops responding and windows explorer has to restart

First, Let's check to see if your installation files are corrupted or not...

Download a md5 hash checking program, md5summer is a good one, but there are hundreds out there.
Download the MD5summer

Check the md5 hashes against these:

What antivirus/antimalware programs do you have running?

You can try to run the first installer again and then open up task manager and see if you can give it high priority,...

How long have you been waiting?
Depending on your system you might need to wait up to 15 minutes until the installer window appears.

Post your PC specs and try running PR setup as admin. Right click on it and select run ad admin.
