RESOLVED - M24

What do you guys think about the M24 sniper rifle with this mod? I find it very unaccurate. Trying to shoot stationary soldiers from 100 meters seems to be impossible. The SVD seems to work ok, little unaccurate at longer ranges but still beats the s*it out of M24. So is it a bug that bothers the M24 or is it that I just dont know how to aim and fire?

We are aware of the inaccuracy of the M24 (when in different stances IE:crouch, prone) and are addressing it for the .3 release. Stay tuned

The M24 isnt as big a piece of cack as you all make out. If you got a little skill and took the time to learn, you can make so good shots. Ive sussed the M24 and I like it. On average, 3 out of 5 of my shots will hit home.

Go prone. Aim for a few seconds. Longer distance targets require aiming off for distance compensation.

Ive found aiming around the neck area at between 100 - 200 meters is more oftne than not a headshot.
Like Gaz said, go prone, take your time and when you fire, hold the mouse button. This means you stay in scope and can see where the round has landed, allowing you to adjust for your next shot.
