Scimitar debris issue

One other odd thing occurred last night with the destruction of a scimitar on Al Basrah. In addition to the normal burnout wreck a M1A1 turret spawned as well on destruction...

I was able to recreate the error on a local sever having destroyed about 20+ scimitars (oops). Looks that a lot of strange things have happened with my PR recently on Al Basrah, could this be local file corruption or something?

If this happened on a public server too, I would guess it's a bug, not a corrupt file.
